Additional Stuart Items of Interest

Additional Stuart photos and materials that survived can be found on this page. The drawing, shown above, is the final design of the Stuart walking horses, pioneers, rifle and 2 hats. According to Dexter Balterman, Stuart probably used an ad agency to design them. It was his son, Andrew Balterman, who saved much of the ads, photos and information from being lost. He also saved some of the actual Stuart press plates, used for packaging (shown below).
